ICC Healthnet Canada Inc. has been successfully providing treatment solutions for patients as well as Assessment and diagnostic services across Ontario since 1996. ICC Healthnet Canada Inc., Rehabilitation and Wellness Division, has 15 multidisciplinary rehabilitation centres and a network of 11 CARF accredited affiliate facilities to provide expanded service across Ontario. ICC Healthnet Canada Inc. is a member of Premiere - Aviva Canada's preferred provider network, for the delivery of integrated Occupational Rehabilitation programs.

In 2010, ICC Healthnet Canada Inc. achieved their 3 year re-accreditation for all its facilities and added Chronic Pain to its certification; through the North American standards of the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Accreditation is essentially a seal of quality ensuring quality, safety and the best outcomes for its programs and services and the patients served. ICC Healthnet Canada Inc. clinics are affiliated with the department of Physical Therapy of the University of Toronto and McMaster for their residency programs.

Robert Mattacchione, ICC Healthnet Canada Inc., Chairman
Mr. Robert Mattacchione is the Chief Executive Officer of ICC Global Group of Companies Inc. and the Chairman of ICC Healthnet Canada Inc. Robert brings an intuitive understanding of business development and the capital markets. With his international network of business associates, he has diversified ICC Global’s holdings to include subsidiaries in: insurance, real estate, import & export, natural resources, tax assistance programs, sports and entertainment management, and venture capital.

Kim Wei, Chief Executive Officer
With over 25 years of healthcare experience, he has created primary clinical delivery and business models for allopathic and complementary medicine. He is recognized as being at the forefront in the development of Integrated Health Models.

Gregory Wood, ICC Healthnet Canada Inc., Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Gregory Wood is the CFO of ICC Global Group of Companies Inc. and the acting CFO of ICC Healthnet Canada Inc. With his 16 years in public practice and 10 years in the private sector as a senior financial executive, Greg has a proven record of accomplishment in all areas of investment banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and tax planning. He has had extensive experience in capital markets that cater to emerging companies and will assist ICC Healthnet through the business development and acquisitions phases to achieve their critical mass and emergence through private, and initial or secondary public offerings.

Emily Mattacchione, ICC Healthnet Canada Inc., VP Administrative Services
Mrs. Emily Mattacchione brings to the company several years of application and development of administrative policies and protocols. Her experience in a wide range of industries, from manufacturing to finance, has proven an invaluable asset and instrumental in the implementation of effective control procedures as well as the required consolidation of service policies. Her organizational skills in standardizing these procedures has helped to maintain control of expenses as well as deliver a high quality of client services.

Paul James, Vice President Sales, Rehabilitation & Wellness Division
Paul is the newest of the management team and brings extensive experience with a major Canadian retailer with franchise and corporate stores. He was instrumental in that environment for developing, implementing and evaluating the success of new client centered programs, which resulted in significant sales increases.

Dr. Tom Veiledel – Manager, Clinical Operations
Dr. Tom Veiledal brings over 20 years clinical experience as a treating chiropractor, with 10 years as a clinical director and Regional Director for ICC Healthnet. His background also includes being an educator, a consultant to industry for injury prevention and as an independent chiropractor examiner. As the manager of clinical operations he is responsible for the day to day management of the clinical staff, ensuring adherence of ICC Healthnet policy and procedures, as well as the development of our interdisciplinary treatment protocols.

Sebastien Corbo, President, Healthnet Assessments Inc.
Dr. Sebastien Corbo has 30 years of clinical experience directing clinical operations and developing programs and services for ICC Healthnet. He has created multidisciplinary clinical programs that incorporate evidence-based practice and specialty programs such as Occupational Rehabilitation. He has worked with IBC, the Whiplash Pilot project and lead the organization to become a leading provider within a Health Care Provider Network. He has successfully taken the ICC clinics through CARF accreditation, achieving successive 3 year accreditation status.

Dr. Corbo is now President of the Healthnet Assessment Division which conducts disability verification assessments for Insurers, employers, WSIB and legal professions. Healthnet Assessments has grown with an exceptional team of core assessors and an extensive roster of qualified clinicians across Ontario and the Atlantic provinces.
