ICC Healthnet's Care Centres are a combination of Urgent Care (episodic/non-acute) medical services performed by a walk-in physician and supported by triage nurses; and Primary Care - the continuity of care through family physicians. The Centre includes all ancillary medical services such as: laboratory, diagnostic imaging, pharmacy, physiotherapy, chiropractic, rehabilitation, massage therapy, audiology, dental and naturopathy. Each Care Centre has a Medical Director whose responsibility is overseeing all medical staff and Clinic services. In addition, a Clinic Manager is responsible for the front desk, nursing and support staff; and any corporate activities related to purchasing and billing.

The Care Centre structure is concurrent with the federal and provincial initiatives for Family Health Networks (FHN's), Family Health Teams (FHT's), Family Health Groups (FHG's) and the Comprehensive Care Model (CCM). Currently, three of ICC Healthnet's Care Centres are registered as FHG/FHT's (with some CCM physicians).
