ICC Healthnet Canada Inc. has been successfully providing treatment solutions for patients as well as Assessment and diagnostic services across Ontario since 1996. ICC Healthnet Canada Inc., Rehabilitation and Wellness Division, has 15 multidisciplinary rehabilitation centres and a network of 11 CARF accredited affiliate facilities to provide expanded service across Ontario. ICC Healthnet Canada Inc. is a member of Premiere - Aviva Canada's preferred provider network, for the delivery of integrated Occupational Rehabilitation programs.

In 2010, ICC Healthnet Canada Inc. achieved their 3 year re-accreditation for all its facilities and added Chronic Pain to its certification; through the North American standards of the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Accreditation is essentially a seal of quality ensuring quality, safety and the best outcomes for its programs and services and the patients served. ICC Healthnet Canada Inc. clinics are affiliated with the department of Physical Therapy of the University of Toronto and McMaster for their residency programs.

Kim Wei, Chief Executive Officer
With over 20 years of healthcare experience, he has created primary clinical delivery and business models for allopathic and complementary medicine. He is recognized as being at the forefront in the development of Integrated Health Models.

Sebastien Corbo, President, Healthnet Assessments Inc.
With over 25 years directing clinical operations, he has been instrumental in securing a contract with a major Insurer, implementing CARF accreditation f0.or the network of corporate and affiliate clinics and is now responsible for cthe wholly owned subsidiary, that conducts assessments for insurance companies, WSIB and employers.

Dennis Polygenis, Vice President of Clinical Operations
Dennis has over 12 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist as well as administrative and operational experience. He has affiliations and appointments with the University of Toronto, the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) which accredits over 5000 facilities around the world.

Paul James, Vice President Sales, Rehabilitation & Wellness Division
Paul is the newest of the management team and brings extensive experience with a major Canadian retailer with franchise and corporate stores. He was instrumental in that environment for developing, implementing and evaluating the success of new client centered programs, which resulted in significant sales increases.
